By participating in the private Beta of forge.apesonfire.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• Access to the Service is by invitation only during the Beta period.
• You must provide accurate information (first name, last name, email) when registering.

• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

• You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., whitespaces, ideas, contexts).
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

• The Service is provided as a Beta version, which means it may contain bugs, errors, or other limitations.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Features, storage, and access may change without notice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding your content) remain with APES ON FIRE, LLC.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, particularly if you breach these Terms or misuse the Beta.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APES ON FIRE, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
